In relation to the EU Citizens’ Gathering 2026 on 1 July 2026 at the University of Birmingham, organised by the European External Action Service (EEAS) / EU Delegation to the UK and the FPI — Foreign Policy Instruments of the European Commission, your personal data — including your name, contact details and administrative information — are collected to facilitate your participation and to implement organisational arrangements.

The processing of personal data is necessary for the task carried out in the public interest for the management and functioning of FPI, the EEAS and the EU Delegation to the UK, as mandated by the EU Treaties. The EEAS and EU Delegations process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.

During the event you may be photographed or filmed. In addition to this necessary processing, by ticking the relevant boxes on the registration form, you may provide consent to one or more of the optional data processing activities below. All consent items are optional — declining will not affect your ability to attend the event.

Withdrawing
Consent
